Tai Chi uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as 'meditation in motion' due to its natural flowing intentional movements. Participants will be asked to sign an exercise release form before each class. Space is limited, and will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 20 people.
