Family Film Friday: "Wadjda"

Join us for a delightful, family-friendly film. "Wadjda" (2012), directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour, portrays a young girl's life in Saudi Arabia. The film's main character, Waad Mohammed, defies societal constraints to pursue her dreams. Al-Mansour offers a rare glimpse into the lives of Saudi women, often hidden behind black veils (abaya). "Wadjda" reveals women's relationships with religion, creativity, family, and each other. All are welcome to attend!
