Queens Public Library strives to ensure that everyone has access to the full range of information, programs, and services that we offer.

When developing QPL websites our IT team seeks to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 success criteria of at least Level AA.  Even when surpassing these criteria, we realize that we might not meet the needs of all users. As new techniques emerge to address accessibility issues, we are committed to incorporating them into our development processes.
