For an annual fee of $50 all Non NYS Residents can purchase a Queens Library account. Your Queens Public Library account is your passport to educational and recreational resources that the library has to offer. With your new card you will have access to our Research Databases, E-Journals, Digital Media and Downloads. Please enter your payment information below.
