Life Connection: Tai Chi Class

English: Join us for this six-session series exploring the 24 Forms of Tai Chi, also known as Simplified Tai Chi. An expert will teach you in a slow and relaxed manner. Each movement flows into the next, promoting balance, coordination, flexibility, and mindfulness. The forms include a combination of open and closed-hand techniques, stances, and weight shifts, which engage the entire body in a gentle exercise. Participants are required to complete an exercise release form before the program begins. Fridays, November 1, 8; December 6, 13, 2024; and January 10, 17, 2025.
