Take part in this awesome digital art and illustration workshop, led by Queens-based digital illustrator and graphic designer Raakin Mahbub. Over four sessions, you’ll learn the fundamentals of making wonderful art: constructing compositions, utilizing layers, proper ways to shade, the ins and outs of digital hardware and software, transferring files from different programs, and common mistakes to look out for. No prior experience necessary; this class is for beginners who have never touched a stylus to someone advanced in the digital arts alike. Participants are encouraged to bring their own iPad or tablet with stylus for the workshop.
This program will take place at the Queensbridge Tech Lab. For any inquiries or concerns, email us at qb-programs@queenslibrary.org .
