Staff from the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs will be onsite to help renew or apply for IDNYC.
To renew your IDNYC card:
1. Bring your expired IDNYC card or a picture on your cellphone.
2. Proof of changed address (ex: bill: phone bill)

For first timers, apply help to make an appointment:
1. Bring Picture ID or Passport
2. Proof of Address
No expired documents will be accepted. Only original documents and copies certified by the issuing agency will be accepted.
“The final determinations are made by the IDNYC team upon enrollment.”
After making the appointment, you will need to go in person to the IDNYC center.
