This spring, visit East Elmhurst Library to learn the basics of Tai Chi. The practice uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as "meditation in motion" due to its natural, flowing, intentional movements. There is no registration for this program; space will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
