PMH-AANHPI Learning Workshops

The PMH-Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander Learning Workshop is a mental health resilience training that provides information on the history of the AANHPI community in the U.S., how to identify signs of mental health decline, combat the stigma of mental illness, and access free or low-cost mental health services that are culturally relevant. This training is for anyone who may be interested in learning and sharing their experiences about the mental health impact of hate crimes, the concepts of shame and stigma, how culture impacts the way you perceive or approach mental health, and coping strategies and resources that are available to everyone, regardless of how you identify.
