Climate Action: Forest Ecology with Alley Pond Environmental Center

Through an interactive forest community activity, students will learn the layers of a deciduous forest and the animals that inhabit them. The program includes a visit from live forest animals! Space limited to 25 people on a first-come, first-served basis. (For grades K-5) This program is funded by the Newtown Creek Environmental Benefit Fund and the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation. Additionally, it is administered by City Parks Foundation.
