Zumba Gold is designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, people who are new to exercising, as well as people who may be experiencing physical limitations. Everyone is welcome! Modifications and more intense options are offered within each class. The same great Latin, oldies, current, and international styles of music and dance are used in the regular Zumba classes.
