Shape Up NYC: Dance Fitness

Join Shape Up instructor Paola for a creative workout that fuses dance and aerobics. The goal is to improve cardio fitness while having fun and getting a full body workout! This class is taught to music with easy-to-follow steps that will surely get your heart pumping! Space is limited. Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. Space for participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
