Climate Action: Butterflies and Pollination

An award-winning Queens based Wing Kong is an environmental artist and educator, with STEAM program focused on sustainability, butterflies and gardening. Wing Kong is a New York City-based artist, photographer and environmental educator. Her award-winning sculptured artwork created from a fusion of found materials that reflect the health of local habitats, wildlife and human interaction. Her S.T.E.A.M. program integrates nature, wildlife and conservation were recognized and featured in numerous publications. Recently received The Best of the Boro in Artist category. In celebrating Earth Day and Pollinator Month. Together, participants will enjoy playing learn through interactive game and create art together. Spots are limited. Registration is recommended. Session is approximately 1 ½ hours. This program is funded by a grant from the City Parks Foundation and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.
