QPL’s annual It’s Time for Kind initiative will run through the month of December. This year’s theme, Be Kind to Your Mind, is a call to practice self-care. 

We will have programs on practicing kindness towards yourself and select locations will host workshops on building resilience through mindfulness and managing stress to improve wellness. Visit our locations across Queens to pick up a self-care activity journal, with tips and recommended activities for kids, teens and adults, and join upcoming programs.
