SELF-CARE ACTIVITY JOURNAL
QPL’s annual It’s Time for Kind initiative will run through the month of December.
This year’s theme, Be Kind to Your Mind, is a call to practice self-care. Visit one of our locations
across Queens to pick up a print copy of our self-care activity journal or download it here.
In this journal, kids, teens, and adults will find self-care tips and recommended activities for every week in December.
During or after each activity, you can record your thoughts and feelings in the “reflections box” below each activity.
You can write your reflections by hand on a print copy, or you can type them into the digital version
(make sure to first download to your local device and save changes!)
Taking care of ourselves is important for all aspects of well-being: physical, emotional, mental, and social,
but we can't do it alone! Browse below for recommended resources which can help you on your self-care journey.
