NYCitizenship is no longer providing legal consultations, application assistance or financial counseling to new clients at this time. If you already have a case with an NYCitizenship legal team, contact your legal representative directly, call 212-613-5000 or email, as NYCitizenship will continue working on your case.

Citizenship help is still available! All New Yorkers regardless of immigration status may access free, safe immigration legal help over the phone and in their language. To make an appointment, call the ActionNYC Hotline at 1-800-354-0365, Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 6PM.
Through ActionNYC, a legal team can:
-    Provide comprehensive immigration legal consultations;
-    Offer information and advice about possible forms of immigration relief available;
-    Help with a range of cases including citizenship, green card renewals, DACA, TPS and more!
