All New Yorkers can access free and safe immigration legal help through ActionNYC at Queens Public Library. The City-funded program provides free immigration legal screenings and representation in your language, as well as referrals to other providers of legal and non-legal services.
ActionNYC is available to everyone living in New York City. Your immigration status does not matter or impact your ability to use ActionNYC services. Any information you provide when requesting or receiving services is confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the program without your consent.
To schedule an ActionNYC appointment, call QPL ActionNYC Outreach Assistant Olaiza Castillo at 347-707-6096 or email at olaiza.castillo@queenslibrary.org. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and until further notice, all immigration screenings will be conducted by telephone.
