English: Staff from the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs will be onsite to help renew or apply for IDNYC. To renew your IDNYC card: 1. Bring your expired IDNYC card or a picture on your cellphone. 2. Provide proof of changed address (ex: bill: phone bill, bank statement). For completed list of accepted documents please visit: https://www.nyc.gov/site/idnyc/card/documentation.page * A new IDNYC card will be sent to your home within 15 days to a month * For first timers, apply help to make an appointment: 1. Bring Picture ID or Passport 2. Provide Proof of Address No expired documents will be accepted.
