C.R.A.F.T. – Creating, Relating, and Forging Traditions
C.R.A.F.T. is a hands-on DIY program designed to bring generations together through creative making. Participants will explore sewing, jewelry making, and crochet while building skills, sharing stories, and stitching together lasting memories—one handmade piece at a time.
Most Saturdays will focus on small hand-sewing projects, jewelry making, and crochet. Sewing machine lessons will be offered on the last Saturday of April, May, and June, providing participants with guided, hands-on experience using sewing machines. Whether you’re a beginner or brushing up on skills, C.R.A.F.T. is a space to learn, connect, and craft a legacy together.
The workshop will be held in-person at the Queensbridge Tech Lab. For any inquiries or concerns, email us at qb-programs@queenslibrary.org.
