Culture Bridge: Interview with Artist and Scholar Dr. Anthony Abulencia Santa Ana

Join us for this Culture Bridge celebration of Filipino American History Month: a special author talk with Dr. Anthony Abulencia Santa Ana! Anthony Abulencia Santa Ana received his doctorate in the International/Multicultural Education department at the University of San Francisco. He is the co-editor of "The Pilipinx Radical Imagination Reader," a “collection of a multiplicity of voices from the Philippine diaspora.” He has performed his poetry in different parts of the world, and self-published a world travel photo/poetry book. Dr. Santa Ana has also produced music CDs, created nonprofit promotional videos, traveled with an urban dance company, co-wrote and co-produced a multimedia Hip-Hop theater production, and was on the production team of “Universal Self” (a potential Off/On Broadway one man show).
