We're delighted to host this program with Susan Seidelman in honor of Women’s History Month!
Susan Seidelman is an alumna of the Graduate Film program at New York University and began her career in the 1980s, when her movie “Smithereens” became the first American independent film to be accepted into the Cannes Film Festival.
Seidelman has directed dozens of other films, starring actors like Meryl Streep, Brooke Shields, and Sally Field, as well as the first four episodes of the HBO series “Sex and the City.”
