Unstandardized Art Studio is a weekly pop-up art studio and decompression space for students during New York State standardized testing weeks. Featuring typewriters, drawing, collage, and printmaking, this studio will allow kids to express themselves freely or engage with optional prompts to promote reflection on their testing experiences. The work created during these workshops will contribute to a multilingual publication about standardized testing, to be published by Citation Needed Press in June 2025.
