Join us as we center ourselves with this low-intensity form of active awareness! Tai Chi uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as "meditation in motion" due to its natural, flowing, intentional movements. This program will introduce participants to the fundamentals of Tai Chi, focusing on balance, stress reduction, and mindful movement. The sessions will be a guided practice with modifications to accommodate all skills levels.
