Join us as we center ourselves with this low-intensity form of active awareness! Tai Chi uses a series of slow, flowing, movements to improve your mind-body connection. It is often described as "meditation in motion" due to its natural, flowing, intentional movements. First-come, first-served. This program is made possible by Queens Public Library Foundation, The Pickman Foundation, and our individual donors.
