Join Shape Up NYC instructor Matt for this fitness class designed to build strength and improve your movement capabilities using just your own bodyweight. This class is structured so that you can move and find your form at your own pace! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel and water bottle. Space is limited. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
