Join Roundabout teaching artists Ryan C. Kim and Amy E. Witting for an eight-week intergenerational artistic offering in-conversation with the Off-Broadway production of "The Heart," a musical adapted from Maylis de Kerangal's novel "Réparer les Vivants." Through writing and performance, you and your fellow participants will build an ensemble, explore personal and collective stories, and experiment with adapting memories, conversations, library resources, and lived experiences into original theatrical work. Together, the group will create, rehearse, and share a new performance that celebrates the many voices, histories, and communities that make up the heart of Queens. Registration encouraged!
