This four-week virtual Food for Life nutrition and cooking class series will introduce new and expecting mothers and families to whole food, plant-based nutrition for maternal and whole-family health. All recipes are provided!
Food for Life is a program of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, whose mission is to educate the public about the benefits of a healthful diet for improved health and disease prevention.
