Join us at East Flushing for the virtual screening of a six-session series introducing the 24 Forms of Tai Chi, also known as Simplified Tai Chi.
Led by an experienced instructor, each session will guide you through the movements in a slow, relaxed manner. This gentle practice promotes balance, coordination, flexibility, and mindfulness.
The 24 Forms incorporate a blend of open and closed hand techniques, stances, and weight shifts—engaging the entire body in a flowing, low-impact exercise suitable for all levels.
Participants are required to complete the exercise release form prior to the session.
