Healthy Stretching

This program is yoga and qigong for all levels. Each exercise can be modified to match each person’s ability. This program is designed for audience participation. The class starts with warm up movements. We will then move on to specific sets of exercises. Each exercise will be explained and demonstrated. Modifications and other related movements as well as awareness of the body’s sensations while performing each movement will be discussed. Yoga and qigong movements will be used to support each other. This program is first-come, first-served. Funded by New York State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky.
