It's Time for Kind: Fitness for Wellbeing with Mirelle
Join us for this series which will include different types of exercise. November through January will feature Tai Chi (Beginners Basics), February through April will feature Restorative Yoga and May through June will feature Chair Yoga. Participants will focus on balance, stress reduction, and active awareness through low-intensity movements. First-come, first-served.
