English: Most of us who practice yoga do so to relieve some type of pain, whether it’s physical or emotional. Every pain, every wound in your body involves an emotional charge. As a therapy, it is clinically proven that yoga reduces anxiety and stress, and substantially improves mental, physical and emotional health. Join our yoga instructor Paola M. Cardenas as we explore the benefits of this ancient method of exercise and relaxation. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat (and, if you wish, a pillow and a blanket for more comfortable meditation).
