Syi Lwin was born in Myanmar and grew up in Australia. Her 11th cook book “Myanmar Dessert” won three Gourmand World Cookbook Fair awards in 2020. She is a contributing editor of "Food Magazine Myanmar," and several of her television series, like "Road to Taste" and "Syi & Ambassador Cooking," have been aired on TV in Myanmar.
