In this class, we will learn how to recycle old pairs of jeans into back-to-school shoulder bags for carrying books to class. Basic sewing techniques will be reviewed. Jeans, needle, thread and scissors will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 20 participants. Fabric trims, lace and large beads can be brought to personalize each bag.
