Ramzi El-Edlibi and the Ramzi Dance Company present Arab folk dances and a live dabke performance with audience participation. The program features Tanourah (Egypt), Dabke (Lebanon, Palestine, Syria), Baba Hassan (Iraq), Shabi Tunisia (North Africa), and percussion from the Arab World. Ramzi El-Edlibi is a dancer, choreographer, and musician trained from a young age in Arab dance and ballet by renowned Lebanese dance pioneers, while growing up immersed in traditional dabke. He has performed with leading Arab artists, trained with internationally acclaimed masters across multiple traditions, and brought global dance and music to public schools for more than 30 years.
