Animals Alive! with Alley Pond Environmental Center
Animals Alive! is a popular, interactive program offering kids the opportunity to observe and handle live animals to help them understand different kinds of animal classifications (such as mammals, birds, reptiles, and more). This engaging program addresses predator and prey relationships, as well as animal adaptations. Animals Alive! is very effective and welcoming for all students, including those with special needs.
Registration is required and limited to 30 participants, including children and caregivers. Please call or visit the branch in-person to register, beginning May 19th.
This program is funded by New York City Council Member James Gennaro.
