At select library locations, case management services are available to help individuals and families in accessing social services assistance and support. We provide support services that include assessment, planning, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for all participating individuals and families who need assistance with:
- Immigration Issues
- Job Development
- Referrals to Housing Assistance
- Securing Benefits and Entitlements
- Healthcare
- Family Care
- Education/ Language Skills
- Referrals for Personal Safety
- Referrals for Legal Assistance
Case management services are available on a walk-in basis but we may be able to assist you best if you schedule an appointment! To schedule an appointment, please call or stop by during operational hours.
Our services are confidential, safe, and private. If we cannot provide assistance, we will work with individuals and families to find a service or a solution that can. We only refer to trusted community organizations.
